All BrightWave Ads services are delivered virtually through strategic planning, digital asset creation, and media deployment. Because these services involve intellectual labor, custom content, and real-time ad placements, refunds are provided only under specific, verifiable conditions.
If a campaign or deliverable cannot be completed due to a confirmed internal technical issue or service failure on our part, clients may request a full or partial refund. Refund requests must be made within seven (7) business days of campaign activation, supported by detailed documentation and transaction references.
Refunds are not applicable once media has been purchased, ads have been launched, or creative materials have been approved and delivered. However, BrightWave Ads remains committed to client satisfaction — in the event of discrepancies, we offer campaign adjustments, additional ad credits, or performance-based service extensions.
